The Cherub acoustic string instrument pick-up is designed for use with a range of string instruments, including guitar, banjo, mandolin, violin, and bouzouki.

Intended to be used primarily as a pick-up for tuning devices, this device can be clipped direct onto your instrument and plugged into a digital tuner, allowing improved tuning accuracy.

This passive pick-up system is designed to clip onto to the sound-hole of your instrument for optimal audio quality. The benefits of using a clip-on tuner pick-up are particularly noticeable when tuning in a noisy environments, where the direct contact with the instrument helps the tuning device to focus more precisely on your instrument. Using a pick-up for tuning is far more accurate that the inbuilt microphone in a tuner.
