Music Bits Company is a retailer of musical instruments and equipment based in the United Kingdom. Unlike many online sellers we are a proper musical instrument shop employing real people. We do not use drop shipping as a form of delivery. All listed items are available in stock ready for same working day dispatch.

Each of our employees has many years of training and experience, allowing them to provide meaningful advice. We aim to provide all relevant information in our product descriptions to allow customers to make informed decisions when making a purchase. If you need further advice, please feel free to contact us. Your message will be answered by one of our knowledgeable staff. We aim to respond to all communications as soon as possible but please bear in mind that we can only respond during our opening hours, so your answer may not come right away.

We send all items through a tracked form of delivery to ensure full traceability from the moment your order leaves our store to the moment it arrives at your specified address. All items are covered by insurance during transit. Please bear in mind that this form of postage is slightly more expensive than that offered by some sellers. However, our preferred method gives everyone peace of mind.

All items are dispatched the same day, providing that your order is placed before 2.00 pm on a day that we are open.

We aim to provide a reliable and professional service to our customers. We keep records of all transactions along with proof of posting and delivery. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will be taken seriously and reported to the relevant authority.

Occasionally, things do go wrong. Parcels can go astray or become damaged by the courier service. We are all human and make mistakes. However, because we are human, we can rectify those mistakes whenever possible. Should you encounter any problems, our staff are here to assist you in any way that we can.

All previously owned items are tested by one of our expert staff before being placed on sale and come with our standard guarantee.

Not all of our products are listed for sale online. If you cannot find the product or brand you are looking for then please get in touch and we may be able to add the item to our online store.
